hi everyone.
I've moved over from lipotrim as I can't stand another chocolate shake.
I tried some sample packs on s + s and just love them
ordered a month's supply today which should arrive tomorrow.
I have lost 2 stones so far this year on a combination of vlcd's but wanted something that tasted like real food, so here I am.....
xmas 2011 - 14 stones 6 lbs
end aug 2012 - 12 stones 6 lbs
xmas 2012 target - 10 stones 6 lbs
