I ordered my bumper pack and should be coming on Tuesday!

Must say I'm absolutely terrified!!!!

Plan to have a bar for breakfast, shake for lunch and soup for dinner

That's ALL I can have on the total solution right? Lonnnng road ahead but I'm going to give if a go

Good luck to the both of you I'm into my 4th week now and just ordered my second bumper pack. Best thing I ever did, it's fantastic. There's loads of great support and information on here, so have a good look around and get all the tips about what else you can drink and what helps with constipation
