Hi Guys,

Just ordered my book from Amazon as I like the sound of this diet.

Im a little confused, can I eat as much as I like on this diet as long as the foods are allowed? do I have to count calories, watch portion sizes? im a little confused.

I would also like a simple recipe for breakfast like a shake or something if anyone could give advice, same for lunch as me and my wife work and dont get much time @ lunch time to cook something.
