Sorry you have gained all your weight back - but you can do it! Just do one day at a time.
I know it's hard but something that can really stop you from yo-yoing is, if you change your attitude towards dieting. SW is desgined so you can stick to it for life as you will never go hungry. Often we think that dieting is only a short term situation that we have to stay in until we lost x amount of weight. But in fact, there is no point starting to go back to your old habits if you want to keep the weight off. I only weigh myself once a month now to keep track. But I changed my thinking completely. I just stick to it every day now and I don't feel I miss out on a lot of things. My cravings usually go after a few weeks and when I go out I try to choose the healthiest option possible. This should be a way of life not just a solution to lose weight.
What also helps if you collect recipes that you like and a lot of people I know don't really like cooking or thin kthey can't do it. With a little bit of practice you will find recipes that are really nice and you would like to cook over and over again. This way you don't get bored, run out of ideas and don't feel you can't stick to it any longer.
Just to add to the bit about the recipes....... I never used to cook (I was too lazy plus thought I couldn't) but have been cooking for about 3 months now and love it. I usually try to try something new everyday and for the lost part I have. This week, however, I've wanted easy meals and that's easy on sw too, having spaghetti Bol, steak chips and veg, curry, simple easy food.
It is easy to go back to old habits when we are at a comfortable weight (mine is always about a stone from my target) but it's just about trying to keep up what we start for the weight loss with a few bonuses to maintain. I cant wait to get down to target, already got a list of treats some edible but also financial incentive
