Starting Phase 1 of harcombe diet today!!!!

Well I am what is more commonly known as a serial dieter!!!!! I have tried every diet under the sun and have just got fatter and fatter. I think i have finally reached a point in my life where enough is enough

Ive made the decision to loosely follow the harcombe diet as it doesnt seem a strict as the other low carb diets out there

Ive made decision to make a post every day saying what i have eaten to try and keep me on the straight and narrow

So here we go.....

50g porridge oats made with water

Tuna salad made with mixed leaves,red onion,peppers,olive oil & pepper

Marinated pork chop with mixed vegetables

Plenty of water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start weight - 14st
1st goal - 13st 7llbs
2nd goal - 13st
3rd goal - 12st
2nd goal - 11st
End goal - 10st 7llbs
