This is my first week, the bad thing is that I have a wedding, and a night out which isnt good :( So i will be drinking!

Day 1

Breakfast - Vanilla Shake
Snack - Alpen bar
Lunch - Vanilla Shake
Snack - Banana
Tea - Tuna, pasta, sweetcorn and light salad cream
Snack - A dairylea triangle and a light babybel

That sound ok?
 
Sounds good to me ! Love baby bells you can play with the skin which takes my mind of food when im at a desk in the library and just want to graze!
