Hi all,
I've been on here a year or so ago but then gave up with the whole diet things and regained the pounds
I'm going to re start slimming world and so the extra easy I've bought some books for it but don't arrive until next week.
I just wondered if anybody could help me out with what the daily A's and B's are that I can choose from. I've searched and searched but can't seem to find anything.
Any help would be great
