starting slimming world tommorow!

I have purchased an slimming world starter guide and plan to do the original plan as not a big fan of many potatoes etc.

i have done a quick few days planning can someone tell me if i am on the right lines.
Tues 25th
he a 350 skimmed milk
he b 2 weetabix 1 bag ryvita minis

free food - banana, fat free mullerlight, free bolognese sauce (no tom puree) tuna, lettuce , tomatoes, apple.

syns - crunchie treatsize 4 syns

Wed 26th
he a - 350 ml skimmed milk, 5 laugh cow light
he b - 2 weetabix, 198g new potatoes

free food - salmon, asparagus, carrots, steak, lettuce, roasted pepper, apple, fat free muller light.

syns - treatsize crunchie 4

any ideas or tips would be gratefully recieved thanks

I agree with Welshtigger, fruit and veg are free especially on EE and will really help with good loses - I try to have at least five pieces of fruit throughout the day and a large part of lunch and diner consist of vegetables/salad. Good luck with your journey - this is the easiest 'diet' I have ever done ....

I would actually use more syns too. They are there to be enjoyed and they play an important role in your diet. When you reach a plateau, you can generally reduce your syns to get over that bump in the road.

Not surprised - i'd be starving if i tried to live off just that for a day. Take a looknat some of the diaries on here. I'm mananging to have 5 syns a day this week due to some overindulgence at the weekend - but i still eat loads!

The plan does work hun, everybody on here is living proof of that so stick with it. How about starting your own food diary so we can take a look at what you're eating and help point you in the right direction
