Starting SS tomorrow (14/01/10)

Morning ladies and gents!

I have just tredged through the snow to get my shakes and now I am good to go! Can't wait to get the ball rolling the get into ketosis!

My starting weight is 12 stone 7 pounds and my goal weight is 9 stone 7 pounds!

Looking for a buddy who I can help through the bad times and share the good times with, and who will also help me (as I am sure I will have a lot of bad times!)

Good luck with your start!! Is there any particular reason you're starting tomorrow and not today? If you're starting tomorrow I can't stress how much easier it'll be for you over the next few days if you don't see today as your 'Last Supper' and go all out with carbs and sugary foods! Try and be good today and it'll make the transition in a lot easier :)

But good luck, keep us updated with how you're doing and if you're struggling, come on here, there's always someone around to help! Same with questions, feel free to ask any!

Hi ladies, I am starting tomorrow as I didnt want to have my first shake at 11am, i need to have breakfast first thing, lol!! Im not gonna go mad today as my CDC explained that I'll come crashing down if I go carbs crazy and then have zero carbs!!

Good luck for tomorrow....the first 5 days can be a bit hairy but after that its a breeze, and there are so many lovely people on here to keep you motivated :) xx

Hi ladies! Started today and not had any wobbles so far (only 7 hours in though!!) ive set myself some mini goals to try and keep me on track so that i dont feel disheartened that im not 9 stone 7lbs by next week, lol!

The only thing that is a bit tedious is all the water! I love flavoured water but I'm not a fan on plain water so the having a cup at a time rather than sipping every now and then!

Do any of you do any exercise? how do you feel after? i dont want to burn myself out!

I plan to start tomorrow just got my shakes and eager to start was hoping to start on 3rd but snow has put things on hold to get CC out and about, Im starting at 12st 10lb and my goal is 9st 4lbs.
how did your first day go?
Im the same with water i would rather drink a pint every so often then sip through the day, but i do like it plain - flavoured turns my sweet tooth on! :eek:

Evening!! I am on day 4 and dont want to kinx myself but i am doing really well! I have had my 3 shakes every day, drank the recommended water and read my cambridge books that my CDC gave me cover to cover at least 5 times, been suffering from insomnia :( !!

Also been doing 100 situps every morning and night!

Jumped on the scales this morning (well the wii fit) and it said I weigh 12 stone 2lbs so I cant wait for weigh in on Thursday!! And I did the Keto test and yay im in Ketosis!!

How is everyone else doing? are we all sticking to it!

Found it flipping hard earlier when I was feeding my baby girl earlier :( just guzzling water to starve off hunger pangs!!

hiya! My start weight on Thursday was 12 stone 7lbs! Im hoping to have lost that 7 by next thursday!!

Good luck for starting!! The first few days are hard but ive found today a breeze!! just hoping that it gets easier from now on and not harder!!

I restarted last Wednesday at 12 stone 5 pounds and stepped on the scales this morning and it said 11 stone 13 pounds so all good :D
Keep at it, its bloody hard for the first few days but it pays off.

I managed to make fairy cakes and cookies with my niece yesterday and didnt touch them *proud me* lol

Hang in there girlies, the hard work pays off :rolleyes:

Well done Hayley! I havent done any cooking yet as my other half does it all anyway! But I have been good at not picking at my kids food, especially whilst feeding my youngest!!

Day 5 - tick!! Cant believe how well im doing! I feel like its my time to shine now! Cant wait to start seeing changes to my body shape! the scales is one thing but actually seeing the weight loss is a whole different ball game!
