Starting SS tomorrow (14/01/10)

Just thought I would share this with you!

I am a really weak willed person so to keep me on track I wrote myself a list of ten commandments (eg, though shalt only drink my shakes and water, though shalt acknowledge the cost of the diet with every shake i drink, though shalt revel in looking good and feeling great as i lose weight)!! Because they are not rules I feel less restricted! I dont no why but in my own way it is working! I have stuck my commandments inside the cookie cupboard and am reading them every day!!

just thought id share as something like this may help someone else (or may convince you that im a bit weird - guilty as charged, lol!!)
