Worked out my 7 day meal plan, simplicity. Trying to get the ones I'm looking forward to the least out the way first like cottage pie, vegetable and Thai soup, spaghetti bolognaise and chilli oh and the lemon bar. Had oatmeal for breakfast and can't work out if I like it or not...had the texture of smash in my mouth :/ hope I can do this..fell off the exante vlcd wagon which kicked me out of ketosis on Monday after only a week of doing it :/ we shall see!
