Carpe diem
My bumper pack has arrived so I'm set to start and have decided that 'Day 1' will be this Thursday (20th).
I did Cambridge for 10 months in 2006 and lost 10st (went from 22st + to 12st +) so I know VLCDs work. However, several terrible family crisis events between 2007 and 2008 completely threw me off track and I regained half of the weight I lost. I've stayed at that weight since despite trying to get back onto a VLCD (unsuccessfully) and tried various other plans.
I saw Exante and the price enticed me so I ordered the bumper pack. I guess the key will be the frame of mind I'm in going into this. If I assume I'll fail then it'll probably be a self-fulfilling prophesy. I need to go into it KNOWING I can succeed but I also have to WANT to succeed. If I can crack those two then it won't be such a difficult task. So - bring on Thursday!
