sukiblk what a terrible time you are having. Please don't worry about one bad week. When you are ready you will get back into it. Give yourself time to heal first.

I did have the add a meal week and I really enjoyed it, even went out to dinner on Saturday and enjoyed it immensely, even though the staff must have thought I was crazy. I asked for different water as it was loads with lemon slices and gave my other half most of my meal!

I jumped on the scales and am now 16.11 so a 2lb loss this week. I am not disappointed because I must admit my meals got larger as the week went on. I am already looking forward to the next one in early June.

How has everyone else been getting on? I haven't been online much this week but will get back on this week xx
