Hope we can do this!!
We're both pretty addicted to food and need to stop the stupidity now! Two years ago we both lost 4.5 stone and here we are back to where we started. So, I think we need to abstain as much as possible and follow a vlc diet. Got the Exante bumper pack in the kitchen waiting for 'lift off':D
Never tried a 600 cal a day diet before, but it just proves that you can put it on whichever way you take it off if you go back to your old ways! We did the 'sensible' eating and exercise thing last time!
I need to lose 6-7 stone and him 4.5 stone.
The scary thing is - I don't know where I'm going to find pleasure if the food goes! How sad is that??

Can you make a list of things you enjoy doing that don't involve food / booze?

For me, it's bubble baths, quality time with my husband (maybe a new box set on dvd or a massage session), or even - sad as it may sound - getting my makeup and hair stuff out and giving myself a new look. You need something to look forward to every day.
