I've been lurking around the forum for a couple of weeks, I used to live on here when i did Lipotrim - clearly not a newbie to the VLCD!
I've got my form back from my doc, and am seeing my CDC tonight to get all my stuff and get going for a start tomorrow!
I have about 100lbs to lose, any more would be a bonus. I know what my scales are saying and that's on my tracker but i'll change to CDC's scales tomorrow. If i got down to 11st 7 then that would equal my lightest ever adult weight - but to have a healthy BMI i should be between 8st 1 and 10st 1 - i cannot even fathom these weights!! We'll see how it goes!
Very excited but equally nervous. only nervous about failing so i'll just have to make sure i dont!
