Total Solution Starting tomorrow

Got my supplies through today and will start tomorrow, although already I will have family celebrations over the weekend but I wanted to make a start, so will do so tomorrow.
Only disappointment is that my supplies were short and I have had to email exante to tell them....hopefully they will sort this.
Anyway, onwards and upwards to lose a stone or so before rejoining SW

Ah ok well it's day 7 for me yesterday was awful but going ok today. WI tomorrow so hopefully will get some good results to keep me going!

Pretty good but then I seem to be able to slip in and out of ketosis with ease, and as Im always busy at work, I dont have time to think about it.

Good luck with your weigh-in tomorrow. I cant wait for mine!
