Starting Wednesday - Advice please!!

I added a bit of chilli but it still tasted very bland. Im hoping my meal today is nice. Not sure if I've chosen curry or spaghetti. Think after this week I'm going back on ww for a while and then will do this again in a few weeks.
 
Just almost passed out in the shower. How the hell do people do this long term?!
 
I've quit. Much as I wanted it to work I work shifts and I'm doing 11 hours for the next few days. I'm just going to eat as low fat/carb as I can. So Thankyou for all your help and advice but I'm bowing out.
