Hello... I'm starting ww on wed after losing 2stone 5lb on cambridge, I came off cambridge 3 weeks ago and have lost a further 3 lb the week after coming off but nothing in the last 2 weeks but no gain :) I've gradually reintroduced more carbs and cals ready for ww so hopefully wont gain. I just feel I really need the structured plan and weekly weigh ins of ww to get me to goal. I'd like to get to 10 stone.. so 1 stone 11 lb to lose, but will see how comfortable I feel after I've lost another stone.

Hope to get to know everyone here and will be reading lots of your diarys :) xx
 
Kezzy, that's my plan too-I've lost a stone so far on Cambridge & plan to move to ww at start of Sept. keep me posted on how you get on :)
