Starting WW on Wednesday but what food should I get in??

Fruit is great for snacking and most are zero propoints. I always have extra light mayonnaise, flora extra light spread and sugar free drinks and Pepsi max in. Also planning meals for each day doesn't take long but stops me picking the wrong things x hope that helps x

Thanks :) I'm looking forward to getting started. i got married in April and its slowly started to go downhill so I want to get myself sorted before I put on everything I lost before the wedding.

I should be ok at home with dinners I think it will be breakfast and lunch I will struggle with, must look in the food diary section and see what people are eating.

I found that I put lots of weight on after my wedding. To lose it again I made sure I had events to look forward to so I had to keep the weight off! This year I haven't had any weddings, or big events to go to so my motivation hasn't been as good, now my little boy is starting nursery and I need to be slimmer and healthier if I want to win the parents race at sports day next year!
