Really struggling today as I'm ridiculously hungry! I've eating so much free food and veggies and plenty of fluid but still feel hungry. What's worse is I get weighed in an hour and I'll have probably put on just because I've eaten so much today oops.
Im gonna take a guess that it's more in my head as before starting sw I ate like a horse but all the wrong things. I don't even particularly fancy anything 'naughty' just anything and everything that's quick and easy. Does anyone else have days like this?
