Since starting this diet I have not had real hunger but today I feel like I am starving! I started my exercise programme last night could this be responsible?? :-S
Thanks. I will just have to try and push through until my body adapts... Haven't drunk enough fluid today either so don't think that has helped... Only had 3 cups of tea all day :-S
can you tell if its a physical hunger or a mental one?
Sometimes I think I am hungry but I am actually just responding to eating cues around me eg I sometimes think I am hungry in the evening but when I stop and think about it I am not actually hungry but its like my brain is programmed to feel hunger once the sofa and tv catch hold of me.
it could be the exercise as well, just be careful not to talk yourself into eating because you think doing something such as exercise will make you hungry.
what exercise are you both doing? I have started to have the urge to do something but not sure where to start as I'm lazy
ow that doesn't sound pleasant. How do you structure your shakes/meals around your exercise? For me personally, I would rather add in an extra pack say after exercising than be tempted to go off plan.
rebekah do you use a non s&s protein shake on your training days? I want to stick with a shake for the mornings I'm at work and wondered if there was a good lower carb protein shake to look out for after s&s.
It could be. I feel the same today and have been in theatre again so not had time to drink much... Although I did burn 200 cals in my workout last night lol
Re Pilates;
Do you go to a class or work from a DVD/game?
I have probs with my back and have been told Pilates will help, but not sure where to start?!?

Wondered about exercising and eating too? Do you have your shake before or after!? I thought before exercising for the energy but worried I may be staving afterwards like you?!
Well done in doing biggest loser! Done it once on the wii and thought I was going to die!!! Lol! Now sticking to Zumba until I'm fitter!! X
