Hey guys,
I'm halfway into Step 3 (only doing 2 weeks total) and I'm very disheartened as I made no loss at yesterdays weigh in. I mean I'm so glad i haven't gained, but i was really looking forward to losing a bit this week. Also, I feel bigger and more bloated with the introduction of carbs. Is this normal? I'm hoping its just a shock to my body and I'll be back on track next week?
