Stayed the same weight and bloated from Step 3 Carbs :(

Hey guys,

I'm halfway into Step 3 (only doing 2 weeks total) and I'm very disheartened as I made no loss at yesterdays weigh in. I mean I'm so glad i haven't gained, but i was really looking forward to losing a bit this week. Also, I feel bigger and more bloated with the introduction of carbs. Is this normal? I'm hoping its just a shock to my body and I'll be back on track next week? :) x

When I stepped up to step 3 I sts the first week and lost 2 the second. It's just your body getting used the things that you haven't been having before.

You should be back to losing next week!
