Staying Shunk Shrimpy

Syn time and round up!

Coffee (maple Walnut- for those who are interested) with a HiFi (HExB), a jumbo caramel snack a jack (2.5syns) and a bag of Toffee crunch Mini Fingers (5.0syns).



Round up:

Day: Red
HEx: A- 250ml Semi skimmed milk B- Oat so Simple B- HiFi Bar
Syns: 10.5
Speed: 24! WTF!?!?!?!

Today is weigh in. I hate weigh in. I automatically feel huge!

Anyway. Food:

After Jillian - Breakfast part 1 - a peach (s)
Breakfast (almost an HOUR later): Oat so Simple (HExB) with a grated apple (s) and a nectarine (s).
Break: A plum (s), an apricot and another apple (s)
Lunch: MORE Chicken salad (Chicken (s), lettuce (s), raddichio (s), leek(s), peppers (s), cherry tomatoes (s)). A huge chunk of melon (ss), a disappointing pear (s) and an alpen light (3.0)

Snack- which I don't normally have but... HUNGER--> a tiny apricot

I just hope the gods of weigh in are nice today.
 
I've got my fingers and eyes crossed for your WI!

Can I just say that you're very brave weighing in at the end of the day! I know you're obliged to weigh in a t night because of classes, but I much prefer the scales in the morning, pre-bathroom, pre-food when they're usually a few pounds lighter than at night when you've got food and water in your tummy.

Good luck Shrimpy!! Let us know asap so I can uncross my eyes and be able to see again!!

Feeling pretty good. :)

Though I have just eaten a helluva lot, and still need a second B choice and It's been an accidental red day!

Dinner: Joes Peppered Beef steak with Butternut Squash (s) Roasties and mixed veggies (broccoli (s), green beans (s), cabbage (s), carrots (s)).

Pudding: Strawberries (s) & pineapple (s) with sweetened quark

Now having a coffee (maple walnut again- though have just put in another order!) and a HiFi (HExB)

Well done on your WL, as a newbie I am inspired! And you are VERY brave, if someone told me to weigh in at the END of the day I'd laugh at them heartily, before running a mile in the opposite direction...!
