Staying Shunk Shrimpy

Make sure you don't over do it Aisha, but yes, exercise is great. I have just finished today's Jillian (L3) and am sweaty and gross. I'm going to get showered, have lunch then head into town to the lovely Asian ladies who thread my eyebrows- it hurts but I always look so much better after. I really should make sure I do it more regularly though!!

New hair and brows are in prep for going away tomorrow. I kinda don't wanna go... the scales look bad today and a 4 day weekend away is NOT what I need, but it is a family thing so no excuses! I need to be there for my niece's christening (even though I'm so far from catholic it's unbelievable- but my sis wants me there, so... I'm a going).

So where is the christening?? xx

Oh and nosey nosey how much does your threading cost?? xx

Christening is in Falcarragh (C moved there a few years ago)

Threading is £4.50.

well I hope you have a fab day/days there anyway xx

Looking at the forecast- not a chance! LOL.

I have decided I HATE HATE HATE HATE my new hair.

Lunch has been eaten. :) Yummy yummy!

Lunch: Chicken salad (pepper crusted chicken (s), lettuce (s), raddichio (s), endive (s), yellow pepper (s), scallions (s), cherry tomatoes (s)). Bowl of strawberries (ss) & raspberries (ss) topped with total 0%. :)

I want to get my brows threaded, it's meant to be much better for the 'ol wrinkles than waxing as it doesn't pull the skin. I keep meaning to book myself in, will def do it next week.

Hope you have a nice weekend, Shrimpy. New hair always takes a bit of getting used to, especially colour. The colour will fade a bit after a few washes.

Bloody hurts! They're done, but I can't seem to take a semi decent photo of myself that doesn't look like I am a genetic mutant from The Hills Have Eyes! I'll have to wait til husband gets home for a proper photo.

I have eaten the other part of the HExB- the Ryvita Wholegrain with quark & strawberries (ss) and enjoying a coffee.

Are these the right ones? Just ordered them so hope so :)

Hi Kieragh,

They are right you can have 9 pieces for 6 syns. I think Shrimpy buys the multi-packs from Asda which are 5 syns but they don't do those in tesco. They are yum though and I hope you enjoy them :eat: Xx

Just back from weigh in, and I knew it! I've gained 1lb! Grr! Top end of target now, and I'm away! Streeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssss! Oh, well, never mind!

Just had dinner, husband made something exciting out of the random food in the fridge!

Dinner: Husband's bacon Chaos (bacon, onions (s), scallions (s), mushrooms (s), garlic, rice, stock, herbs & spices- I think that's all of it!!!!!). Pud: Fruit salad (Pineapple (s), melon (ss) & strawberries (s))

U can skip WI next week maybe & give urself a chance to lose anything u might gain in next 4 days? If u have healthy snacks & sensible meals ul do fine tho, avoid the booze (if there's such a thing in Ireland lol) :) x

I don't know... I probably could, but I'm on the social team.

Miss group. I'm not allowed to drink booze... due to medication, so that's not really going to be in issue- it'll be the soda farls and champ that'll kill me!

Ah sure champ is fine-mash and scallions-so you get your superfree!!

As for the bread based products they are evil and not to be trusted!!! lol.

I am sure you will be fine! Just remind your family that you may be sexy and healthy and slim as a bean but you want to stay that way and you would appreciate there support!!
I know I have been finding socialising hard sometimes-I mean I always stick to plan, but watching others do as I cant does get frustrating!!

Anyway I know what an angel you are so I know you will be fine, plus you will fill up on plenty of fruit even if you have a few sodas xx

Grilled in my family?! Don't be daft and champ is definately not okay when my sis makes it (a huge wad of butter and a big pour of full fat milk!)
