Green Days Staying the same reasons?

Oh I am gutted. Exactly the same weight as I was a week ago despite keeping 100% all week. I've kept within syns , gym every other day, all meals on plan.
Can anyone give me some advise. I have restarted after a few months break but during that time I was eating pretty SW strictly. Could it be my body has adjusted to this style of eating and needs something else?
Could be because star week starts next few days :(
Could it be that this time I have used my syns on choc ? Maybe I should limit this ?

Sorry you are feeling disappointed but good for you to have stayed mainly on plan despite yr break. The days leading upto star week can indeed be responsible for water retention and for some this can lead too upto 7lb gain, I usually gain 21-3lb but loose it by about day 3.

Providing your chocolate was within your syns then that wont be a problem. Syns are there to be used on whatever you fancy.

I think it is quite usual to have a week with no loss despite sticking to plan, hang on in there perhaps shake up you menu's a bit, try a different breakfast or introduce some new superfree to give your body a bit of shock. The plan really does work just ocassionally not as fast as we would like.

If you have just restarted there is a good chance that the weight you were gaining prior to sticking to plan is still catching up. Depending on what you were eating, excess calories can take a week to show up on the scales. Therefore by being so good you haven't had a gain but equivalent to a loss by STS.
Check through your food diaries. Have you been eating because you can rather than when you were hungry. Are you having your 1/3 SF on the plate with your meals rather than fruit afterwards.People with PCOS can put on weight by eating chocolate as your body has an insulin surge after, making you more hungry about 20 minutes later. Lots of possible reasons but not necessarily any definitive answers. Is your food diary on here.
 
Thanks for your encouraging words and advise. Perhaps if İ give you an example of my meals...

Yesterdays
B- scrambled eggs wıth half tin of beans, wholemeal bap.

L-Jacket potato with FF yoghurt and sweetcorn.

D- Pasta with homemade tomato, pepper and mushroom sauce. Dessert- syn free egg custard.

Snacks - Orange x2, Apple. 2 x carrots
Syns Low Fat spread on bap (3)
Large glass white wine (8) ( I sometimes have a small glass and some 5syns worth or so choc.)

As a rule, I keep to the same breakfast as It keeps me going until lunchtime. Lunches are normally jacket pots or leftovers. Dinners will either be pastas or slimming world chips with something (Quiche, egg, chicken)

My Healthy extras are normally milk x 2 and HEBs are the bap and either chicken or olive oil.
Im not a big meat eater and that is why I do green. I did think about switching plans but I think I would go hungry alot of the time....
 
I agree about the bread...last time I cut bread out completly and did very well. Im gonna stop that today. And you are probably right about having more speed foods. I have the books, I will draw up a list of what I like (not much I am afraid to say ;8))
 
its only a week in. please give it time, its really too early to be putting excess pressure on yourself!

I agree that it could be weight gain from the break catching up and that next week should be a good one.
One other thing? Do you weigh the baps? Maybe cut back to one a day and use the other hexb on something else?

Keep on plan and the results should show next week or the week after. If after a few weeks you haven't lost then I would think about changing things up, but if you are sticking to plan 100% you should lose in that time.

Give it time!!
 
How about mixing up your breakfasts a bit, maybe your body has got used to it.

Do you like mushrooms/tomatoes maybe add them or make an omelette with mushrooms, onion, sweetcorn...

As someone mentioned have more salad or veg with your lunch, or how about jacket, cheese (Hex A) & beans...

I don't think you are eating enough, I eat loads but maybe that's why I'm not losing lol X
