stburgan food diary

Ok so I fell off the wagon due to weekends away a wedding and another weekend away. So here's to a fresh start today, am also going back to gym today which may kill me xx
Also doing a one off night tonight just to make life interesting lol

Breakfast... Banana plum apple with ff yogurt and benefit light bar ( half hb)

Dinner mushroom and onion omlette

Tea vegetable pasta with leeks onion mushroom broccali tomatoes and peppers in homemade tomato sauce

Grapes
Benefit light(half hb)
2 mini babybel
Ff yogurt

Syns ( for night shift)
Onion rings 4
Cheese curls 4
 
Well I have made a batch of roasted spiced butternut squash soup which is nice have never had butternut squash before
Also made a batch of tomato soup/pasta sauce.
And veg pasta for tea

And I still don't like my pic. It's a shame as was bridesmaid and had some nice photos taken with family and my fella like the photos just not me in them.

Well today am feeling lazy today and don't feel guilty about it as working 4 long days in the next 5 so gonna enjoy my lazy day xx

Well I put on 5 which was actually better than I expected as last few weeks not been great and I always seem to put on big amounts when I fall off wagon. So here's to a loss next week

Yes me too I seem to have list my motivation tho trying wedding dresses on this week may have given me it back am starting again tomorrow and hoping for the best am also going to.see my cousins group as am not liking my new consultant xxx fingers crossedbwe will both get there
