Hi guys, going to my mums for dinner and she is making steak pie and mashed potatoes and veg. Does anyone have any idea on how i should syn this. She makes her mash with semi skimmed milk and a knob of butter. She makes her steak the makes her pastry seperate and sits it on top of the steak when it is on the plate if that makes sense x

i would just count it all separately.

if you're on EE, don't count to potatoes, steak or any of the veg. just the skimmed milk (try to work it into your HEa allowance), puff pastry (not sure of the syns, but maybe try not to have so much of it?), the butter, and any gravy granules or oil used to cook the meat part. xx
