Steak

Sorry if this has already been asked but my internets playing up so its too slow to search.
My question is about steak. How many syns would it be to have a standard steak in any restaurant assuming u have it without fat or cut off the fat before u eat. Surely its too yummy to be free??

You would need to add a few syns for any oil they used in cooking, but apart from that and assuming theres no/little fat, it would be free garlic butter and peppercorn sauce isnt though (damn!)
