Step 1 or Step 2

Advice needed please.

What are the losses like on both steps?
I know I cannot do without some skimmed milk in my tea each day so will have to have that but my advisor said the small meal may take me out of ketosis so to try and avoid.

Is it worth having the allowable food or should I just stick to the three meals and some skimmed milk?
 
It is a personal thing, but you will find the losses are similar regardless of which step. A CDC on here once said there was no real difference in losses between SS/SS+/810. Whenever I have done SS+ I have always stayed in ketosis.
 
That is good to know...nice to have some flexibility.

How are you finding the diet?
I am just worried about evenings when the boredom desire to snack kicks in...
 
I'm on step 2 and I look forward to the meal in the evening, then I can save a shake for around 8ish, combined with water I find that stops me snaking
