Hi All, I am on day 3 of step 1a) for the first time. I am doing well with will power as SO determined. Very hungry, but keep reading that will pass tomorrow??? I thought I'd read somewhere that the occasional dash of skimmed milk in tea was OK? I've been 100% on plan so far, but just put a dash of skimmed milk in my morning tea- this is the only one I am missing the milk in. Is that OK? Don't want to affect the ketosis or the fact that o should stop feeling hungry!!
