I'm on 810 and I really like it, the Quorn Pieces are a real life saver as they feel so naughty yet they arent!

God knows why I think like that, but they are delicious - I have them with broccoli often :).

Had Chicken-style Quorn pieces this evening. Did them in the microwave with a bit of water and stock. How do you cook 'em?

My god - I have been on the 810 cal for 3 days and I am gob smacked at how much protein you can eat:-
2 cans of tuna (in water)
Nearly a bag of qourn pieces
Nearly a pot of low fat cottage cheese

I cant believe I am going to still loose weight and eat all this ......

Watch this space!:p

Yes , it's pretty generous on the protein front but you try measuring 3 tablespoons of lettuce!

I've got some of the spray oil from the Supermarket and spray a couple into a small frying pan. I then do them in there, but if you do them for a bit too long they can get some lil black bits on them but they are still delish. I just do them for 4 mins and it's fine.

WANNABE10 - yes you can have mushrooms on 810.

I'm on 810 too, but cant help but treat myself to too much veg. Can you tell me some way of filling myself up without binging on the veg? Does this mean I am not ready to be on 810 yet? Should I go back to SS?
I dont want to ruin all the hard work i've done, but seem to be having 5-6 spoons of veg instead. Its hard to put just 3 spoons with so much protien.

Help
