Well there aren't many ideas in the booklet so I thought the recipe would help and have more ideas and esp as you work your way up the steps!
I was having the same thing all the time salad or mixed veg with tuna or chicken before i got the recipe book and getting bored quickly!
 
So a 4lb loss this week, that's the gain from last week due to very evil monthly plus one more!
counsellor is off now for a week so no weigh in for 2 weeks. Here's hoping for a lovely big loss next weigh in!
