Hi,
I'm going on holiday in November and i want to wear a bikini for the first time.. EVER!
I've always been chubby and had a belly.. i got up to 12stone and im only short.. so i looked really big.. ive since lost a stone and a half gradually but i seem to be stuck at 10stone 4-5lbs..
Does anyone have any help or fitness tips? I walk about 2 mile a day and do fitness classes twice a week (only for the past few weeks) .. I've also just started following the weight watchers diet.. I use to do slimming world but i dont think the diet agreed with me as i seemed to be eating alot more..
Any help will be much appreciated.. :confused:

P.s I weigh 10 stone 5lb!

You seem to be doing everything right hun, just give it time and the weight will start shifting. It's such a pain when it just stalls like that.
Do you walk reasonably fast when you go? Anything that gets your heart rate up should be pretty good.

congratulations on the weight loss so far, you seem to be doing really well and the plan looks great, just keep up with it and im sure that you'l look fantastic in the bikini in no time :)

well its weigh in day and i've STS which im pretty glad about... i had weekend at an Ann Summers party and then a BBQ so it was centred around alcohol!! Im only going out on Friday but my alcohol is going to be counted in my points (i dont usually)! and im changing my poison from cider to vodka n diet coke.. which should help!
Fingers crossed for next week..
