Steps challenge

I really need to start moving more. I'm going to try to get out for a walk every day. If I had a dog there's no way I wouldn't walk it. Imagine how guilty you would feel if you had a dog and you didn't take it for a walk, right? Well, don't we deserve to be healthy and active just as much as a dog does? I'm going to aim to get my 10,000 steps in every day. I've got an apple watch on order to track my activity, but my network are out of stock at the moment so it could be a couple of weeks before it arrives. In the meantime I'm going to be counting my steps using my iphone's health app. Today I got less than half of my steps in so I definitely need to step it up! Who else is up for the challenge? Just post daily with the number of steps you managed to do :)

I'll join! I'm averaging 7000 steps at the moment (only hit 10k once this year!)

5092 is my current number for today. It's not going to get much higher. I live in a tiny house!
