Stevia does any one use this?

Hi I am trying to steer away from artificial sweeteners but I do struggle and I was told that Stevia is a natural plant sweetener do any of you use this and what do you think of it

Try googling it, I can't remember what it said but I checked it when it first came out and Truvia is not all natural. I also tried somes and didn't like the after taste. I tend to use Perfect Sweet/Total Sweet when I want a sweetner 1/2 syn per tsp and Xylitol is a natural substitute.
