Stew and dumplings

Does anyone have an EE recipe for a good rich beef stew and dumplings? I know I'd have to syn the dumplings so a low syn recipe would be lovely xx

I was thinking the same thing.

I love beef stew and dumplings in winter.

 

[cat yoyo greaves]

Tesco, Dumpling Mix, made up as directed, 30g each	4
Basic, Dumplings, each	6½
Co-op, Suet Dumpling Mix, dried, 227g pack	50
Atora, Herby Dumpling Mix, dried, 180g pack	38½

fry off meat in frylite fry onions add any veg and or potatoes and your fave herbs
i blitz up mushrooms with stock cubes and boiling water to make a thick sauce
then cook low n slow
