Sticking to plan, yet the weight is creeping on?

hi, im new on here because up till now, had no problems on slimming world. id got 1.5lbs to go to get my first stone, in 6 weeks, and all was well.

However last week at class I had put on half a pound, which shouldn't have happened cos I stuck to plan. I decided maybe it was water retention so I've drunk a bit more this week.

However now ive put on another 2.5lbs, despite sticking to plan 100%. As you can imagine,im so upset and crying all the time because I want to lose so badly and am trying so hard.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why im putting on? Im drinking enough, have fibre drinks, eating my speed foods, sticking within my syn allowance....
