Have been told that Pierce will set up these 2 stickys for us as soon as his internet problem is sorted out, so enjoy useing them ladies and I'm sure we will get load of new ideas from the recepie threads as people post them and anyone who needs help or who is just starting and would like to have your food diary checked by the rest of us, just post away. Its a good idea as sometimes you can think you are doing things right but little things slip in which can hamper the weight loss.

Instead of doing a sticky, i have made 2 dedicated forums for better organization. (it can be hard to find stuff in a 100page+ thread)
