Still finding it hard to stick to this

Hi I am finding that after a year doing slimming world and losing 3st 7 1/2 lb that I am craving bread and chocolate more than ever I don't know if it's in my head but its really starting to get me down and I hate the way I am feeling at the minute.
 
Well youi can still have them in small amounts so as long as you syn them right you know you don't need to panic. Restricting yourself will only make you crave them more!!
