I know it probably wasn't the best time to start exante..totm...but I still haven't been 100%.
Yesterday was fine....until just before bed when I raided the fridge and ate a chunk of cheese and a slice of ham....my old LL trick...eat protein and you will be ok ( well its not ok, as it sabbotages everything and a chunk of cheese leads onto cheese on toast then on to a take away, then onto booze....)
Wednesday was an all out eat what you like day...I even had a bottle of wine...so much for the new start!
Need to find my willpower and quick and I hope that writing it down will help.

I think most people go through the "I just need food" faze when they have been on TFR for a while, just keep focused on the overal goal and your be fine! You just need to get back into the zone
