Seen people talking about stir fries on here before... what do you put in them - veg wise?

I know we can have pak cho and chinese cabbage... but what else? I'd probably put in courgettes and mushrooms... but what about stuff that's not on the list - like beansprouts?! Yay or nay??:confused:

I use brocolli, mushrooms and savoy cabbage. I think beansprouts are a no no as they are higher in carbs which is a shame because I love them.
I shred savoy cabbage finely and use it as a noodles substitute - stir fries very well. Those very fine asparagus tips are also really good stir fried.
