Stir Fry Sauces

What stir fry sauces are low in syns? I tend to use blue dragon sachets, but not sure if they are a low syn count.

if you look at the calories on the packet when buying any, it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.

Is handy for shopping as you know which things are going to be lower in syns.

Of course that doesnt apply for items with a free food allowance.

The Black Bean and Chow Mein sachets are 3 syns per half packet which is pretty good.
