I brought a bag of stir fry veg for lunch today and while checking some items out on my WW calculator I decided to check the stir fry. It only contains beansprouts, cabbage, onions, carrots and broccoli, but it came out at 4pp per pack. I know we don't normally count certain types of veg, so am I ok to eat these without adding the pps to my allowance?

I would say it's free as all the veg are 0. It may of worked out as 4 as everything has a nutritional value even fruit & veg.

They are free - like galaxy girl said, everything has calories in it, but veg is free xxx
