I made my first ever stir fry tonight, and used blue dragon chow mein sauce (5syns
Per packet) and it was really bland and didnt taste of much.

What else could i put on it to give it some more flavour?

I would add ginger and garlic when your cooking the chicken. You could maybe add some soy sauce and 5spice as well when you add the other sauce?? Don't know if this would help?? It depends on the flavour of the packet sauce as well! :)
