I bought some of these Bouillon (or however you spell it!) cubes today. Someone kindly advised me to get the vegetable 'light green' pack, but in the supermarket they only had one green and it was kind of dark????

Is there 2 types of vegetable cube? If not can I use a whole one each time?

    Ta x

    Hi Lynsey,
I don't think it comes in cube form,I think it's Marigold bouillon (low salt)in a purple tub.I think the stock cubes contain too much salt?....but I may be wrong????:eek:

    Just to clarify:
The only bouillon suitable for CD is the one available from your CDC. The supermarket ones often contain higher levels of salt and other additives which can knock you out of ketosis. :)
