Hello,

Im going to experiment with quorn mince later (how thillling my life is lol)

It says I can use use a bit of stock - which is the healthiest to use? and anyone have any good recipe ideas?

I guess no one knows? Have heard that people use Boullion savoury mix - is that allowed on this diet?

I bought some today but it isnt the low salt version - should I not have it? Was just going to put a bit in my quorn to make a stock.

Would really appreciate some help with this.

Don't think mine is low salt, will just go check....
 
Mine is the Marigold Boullion, it has 0.9g Sodium per 5g serving /250ml. I texted my CDC with the nutritional info before I bought and she said it's fine.... Not had any bad effects from it. Hope that helps. X
 
Yep the Marigold bouillon is the thing to use.... the one in the purple tin is the low salt one!
