STONE BY XMAS FOOD DIARY

With Xmas just around the corner i thought i would make a food diary so i have somewhere to write down everything good and bad.
I am hoping to have lost at least a stone by the time Santa comes and am hoping this diary will help me stay on track.
I tend to stick to green days as i love pasta and feel EE is just too strict for me i love eating veg but dont really like having to eat with every meal if that makes sense? Any a=help would be much appreciated will start diary tomorrow as have wi in morning so will be a fresh week.
