Stopping the rot

    Hi. I am Nic. I sabotage myself and make excuses for being my weight. It stops now.

    Today is a fresh start

    Breakfast - 2 slices whole meal bread (HEB)
    3 tsp low fat margarine 3 syns

    Lunch - salmon, salad and veetee rice 1 syn

    Snack - fruit salad and vanilla muller light
    Crisps 5 syns

    Dinner - steak, potatoes and veg

    Lovely food. When I am organised it works out well

    Going to try the mushy pea curry this week

    Well. 6lb off this week. Got 1/2 stone. Onwards and upwards.

    Slimming World
    Garlic, ginger, onion, tin toms, tin mushy peas, curry powder, fresh coriander. Cook it up and then blitz to you liking. Bit of salt and pepper too. Love it and it freezes well. X
