Hi. I am Nic. I sabotage myself and make excuses for being my weight. It stops now.

Today is a fresh start

Breakfast - 2 slices whole meal bread (HEB)
3 tsp low fat margarine 3 syns

Lunch - salmon, salad and veetee rice 1 syn

Snack - fruit salad and vanilla muller light
Crisps 5 syns

Dinner - steak, potatoes and veg

Lovely food. When I am organised it works out well

Going to try the mushy pea curry this week
