Strange Cravings

When starting this diet I thought oh god am going to be craving malteasers, take aways, chips and mayo..But not once have I..Instead if I do crave it's for healthy foods such as salads!

I am finding the diet brill and I can't wait to come off it as now fatty oily foods make me feel a bit sick, am certain when I loose my weight I will just eat healthy foods wahoo!

Any1 else found this or has this diet went straight to my head as well as my tummy :p

A friend of mine is on LL and he has said exactly the same thing - gives those of us just starting out (day 1!!!!) some hope!!

Funny you should mention that!! I thought I'd be the same with fish & chips, chinese etc etc but I'm actually craving a tin of mackerel in tomato sauce on brown toast with salt & vinegar!! I dont even care for brown bread!!!! Odd.........

i'm exactly the same. the only things i want to eat are salads, fish, chicken, fruit etc. have no desire for fish & chips, crisps, chocolate or anything. blumming marvellous. long may it last! xxx

I know what you mean though. Apart from odd cravings for 'bad' food it is things like a roast dinner, stews, poached eggs and chicken salads I've fancied. Think it must be the 'chocolate' shake overload but I'm really OVER chocolate!!! Scary!
